Website Payment: We accept Visa and Mastercard payments through our secure server. To pay through Paypal, click here for directions.

Billing: After order placement, a payment request will be sent to your card issuing bank. This will prompt your bank to set aside those funds via a pending hold. This is not a funds withdrawal. This process verifies that you have sufficient funds available to cover the merchandise & shipping costs. This hold automatically expires (falls off) within 2-5 business days depending on your banks policies. Once the hold falls off, the funds will again appear in your account. Your credit card will not be debited until your package is shipped except in cases where an order adjustment is requested. If you would prefer an immediate withdrawal of funds from your account, please notify us as soon as possible before or after order placement. Orders placed through Paypal are subject to Paypal's billing terms.
Shipping: We ship USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Please note that while the standard USPS Priority Mail delivery schedule is 2-3 business days, this is provided as an estimate only, it is not a guarantee. Please contact USPS or your local post office to verify their Priority Mail policy. Priority Mail deliveries may be substantially delayed during the holiday season. USPS does not deliver mail on federal holidays or when Post Offices are closed due to national disasters or inclement weather.
Lead Time: Following placement of your order, please
allow approximately 14 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment as our products are not stockpiled. We are a small but rapidly growing business with short production runs. Because there's almost always an order backlog, orders are shipped based on product availability and place in the order queue. A shipping confirmation notice is e-mailed after orders are shipped. If you do not receive one, please check your spam folder and/or adjust your e-mail filter settings. USPS Priority Mail does not shorten order processing time, it only shortens delivery time.
Shipping Insurance and Signature Confirmation: In order to keep customer shipping costs down, shipments are not automatically insured. Qhemet Biologics is not responsible for events outside of our control such as packages damaged, lost or misdirected by USPS or stolen by a third party. If you would like to have your order shipped USPS Priority Mail with insurance and/or signature confirmation, please submit the request in the comments box on the check-out page. This requires an additional fee of between 1-3 dollars which will be added to your total after checkout. Please note that this service may not extend to military addresses.
Cancellations: If you would like to cancel your order, please notify us within 48 hours of order placement. Once an order is shipped, the sale is considered final and cannot be cancelled.
Refunds & Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds except under the following conditions. We do not guarantee results as hair responds differently to different products. If you are unsure of how a product will work, please order samples.
2. If USPS has not confirmed delivery* of your order or returned your order to us due to an error on our part, you can choose to be fully refunded or have the items reshipped free of charge.
*If several weeks have passed (see information on Priority Mail delays under shipping information above) and USPS has not confirmed delivery, a full refund will be issued. Please note that you will be obligated to return the package unopened in the case that it arrives after the refund has been issued.
We do not issue refunds or accept returns for items purchased through other vendors.
