By accessing, browsing, and using this site, including but not limited to ordering and using products sold on this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to (without limitation or qualification) the following legal terms and conditions. Website Payment: We accept American Express, Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and PayPal payments through our secure server. After order placement, your payment method is authorized and charged automatically.

 

Shop Pay Billing: Shopify's Shop Pay offers customers the option to pay in full or to split their purchase into 4 equal, interest-free installment payments for orders between 50 USD and 3,000 USD. There are no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees passed on to customers. Read more here.

 

Afterpay Billing: Installment payments made via Afterpay are subject to: Afterpay's Installment Agreement  - USA. 

 

Paypal Billing: Paypal's billing is immediate and subject to Paypal's billing terms.

 

Order Processing Times: Following the placement of your order, please allow us 1-2 business days to process your order for shipment. Orders are shipped based on product availability and place in the order queue. Processing times during sales may be extended. Most orders ship on the day you receive the shipping confirmation notice, however, some orders may ship after that date depending on the circumstances. Your shipping confirmation email will contain your tracking number. If you have not received one, please check your spam folder and/or adjust your email filter settings. Neither USPS nor FedEx Ground shipping times affect order processing times, they only apply to time in transit.

 

Domestic Shipping: We ship orders to the shipping address provided by the customer on the checkout page. Most orders are shipped via various USPS services or FedEx Ground. Please note that while standard USPS services deliver within 2-5 business days, this is provided as an estimate only, it is not a guarantee. There may be a time lapse between when the carrier picks up your package and when they scan it, resulting in tracking record update delays. We have no control over the delivery dates the carrier provides. These dates are not fixed and may change throughout the delivery process. Please contact USPS or your local post office to verify their policies. USPS mail deliveries may be substantially delayed during the holiday season. USPS does not deliver mail on Federal holidays or when Post Offices are closed due to national disasters, inclement weather, or other extenuating circumstances. Please note that the FedEx Ground standard time in transit within the contiguous U.S. is 1-5 business days. Shipping to and from Alaska and Hawaii requires 3–7 business days. These transit times are provided as an estimate only, they are not a guarantee. Please contact FedEx to verify their policies. FedEx deliveries may be substantially delayed during the holiday season. FedEx does not deliver mail on Federal holidays or when their facilities are closed due to national disasters or inclement weather.

If either USPS or FedEx is unable to deliver your package to your door due to prior failed delivery attempts or because the carrier considered door delivery to be unsafe or unsecured, they may choose to hold your package at a pickup facility near you for in-person pickup or deliver it to an alternative location within your complex like a leasing office or mail room. It is the customer's responsibility to retrieve their packages from these locations. 

 

Free Domestic Shipping: To qualify for the free standard shipping offer, your order subtotal must reach or exceed the qualifying amount AFTER the application of any applicable coupons and discounts (but excluding sales tax). Our free standard shipping offer is a one-time courtesy. If your package is returned to us by the carrier, it can no longer be reshipped for free.

 

Partial Domestic Shipments: In the rare instance that one or more items in your order are delayed or on backorder, you will be billed for the entire order. We may hold the entire order or ship items separately when restocked. 

 

Canadian & International Shipping: We ship to Canada and a limited number of countries via USPS International or other international shipping couriers to the shipping address in the order. Domestic and international carriers do not pick up or deliver mail on holidays when the couriers are closed or due to national disasters, inclement weather, or other extenuating circumstances. Standard time in transit to the receiving country is approximately 5-12 business days. Time in transit does not include order processing times. However, once a package arrives in a country, delivery may be delayed by customs by up to several weeks or months. Qhemet has no control over customs delays and cannot expedite the release of packages from customs. International packages are delivered to your door by your local courier. Please monitor the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email to keep track of the location of your package. Our shipping rates cover postage only. The customer is responsible for all import, duty, customs, clearance, taxes, and VAT fees levied by the receiving government and/or courier. We are not responsible for events outside of our control such as the theft of packages after delivery. Please make sure your packages are delivered to a safe address. We do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for international orders. Sale Coupons, Discounts, Special Offers, Subscription Orders: Discount offers that may or may not require a coupon code may not be combined or used with another discount or coupon code. Our discount offers or coupon codes are restricted to use on our website only and cannot be applied to other websites or brick-and-mortar retailers. Sale discounts or other specials and offers such as free shipping cannot be automatically or manually applied to recurring Subscribe & Save shipments.

 

Fraud Prevention: To protect our customers from the fraudulent use of their credit cards by bad actors, if an order contains information that has been flagged as suspicious, we may contact you by email to verify your identity and the purchase before we fulfill your order. If we do not receive a response confirming that the order constitutes a fully authorized and legitimate transaction between the payee and the recipient by the deadline included, we may cancel and refund the order. We may also cancel an order without contacting the credit card holder or recipient if Shopify flags an order as potentially fraudulent. 

 

One free QB Mini or trial-sized product with an order: Your order must qualify to receive a free QB mini. Free minis cannot be added to Subscribe & Save orders and you may not be able to stack or combine the free mini discount with other discounts. 

For qualifying orders, please select the mini product size (1/2 oz. - 1 oz.) from a participating product page or the cart page. The cost of the one free mini will be automatically deducted at checkout so no coupon code is required. Please note that to receive your free QB Mini, you must add it to your qualifying order as we cannot manually select and add it to your order at a later time. Therefore, a free QB mini can’t be shipped separately from the paid item/s in your order. 

Only one mini will be free when added to a qualifying order containing other products, including additional minis. Our free mini offer only applies to in-stock minis. If the mini option is grayed out, says sold out on a category or product page, or does not appear on the free mini popup, it is out of stock and you will not be able to add it to your order. Sold-out minis cannot be sent to you separately when restocked. Once restocked, a previously unavailable mini cannot be added for free to a new order that already contains a free mini. If you’re having trouble adding a free mini to your qualifying order, please send an email to admin@qhemetbiologics.com immediately so we can sort it out for you before your order ships. 

Our free QB mini offer does not apply to purchases made through other websites or retail partners.

Please note:

  1. If you are adding a free mini to a qualifying order with a coupon code applied, the $8 deduction for the mini will be bundled with the coupon discount and appear in the discount section of your order summary instead of on the order list.
  2. Free minis may not be available or offered during certain sales, specials, or offers. 

   

Sale Terms & Restrictions: Sale start and finish times are based on the United States Eastern time zone clock. Our sales do not extend to other retailers that carry Qhemet products. Sale offers cannot be applied to purchases made before or after the sale's time parameters. Sale offers only extend to the countries within our shipping zone. Sale offers are applicable only while supplies last. To qualify for the free standard shipping, your order subtotal must reach or exceed the qualifying amount AFTER the application of any applicable coupons and discounts (but excluding sales tax). Sale offers cannot be added to subsequent shipments in your Subscribe & Save schedule.  

   

Order Changes and Cancellation Requests: Please immediately email admin@qhemetbiologics.com if you would like to cancel the order or request changes. Order changes and cancellation requests can be processed at any point before shipping.

A full refund will be issued once your entire order is canceled. Refunds can only be sent to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, then you'll need to contact your bank for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent. Please note that the refund may take up to 10 business days to appear on your end per your bank’s policies.

Please note cancellation or change requests can no longer be processed once you receive a shipping notification and the order is shipped. 

 

Incorrect / Incomplete Orders Received: We have a 30-day replacement policy that covers issues you have upon receiving your order. Please send an email to admin@qhemetbiologics.com along with your order number, full name, and photo/s of the issue. It would also help us more if you could retain the packaging for any damaged shipments as it can speed up the process in case we need to file claims with the courier. If the issue requires a replacement, you will be notified with the new tracking number once the new product is shipped.

Refunds, Returns & ExchangesWe ONLY accept returns on unopened, unused items in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery. 

For hygienic reasons, we DO NOT accept returns on opened and/or used products.

We also DO NOT accept returns on unopened, unused mini or sample-sized products, sized 1/2 oz. - 1 oz. 

Please note the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to return a product. Once it’s been shipped, please provide us with the tracking number for our reference. 

You can also return a package in its original, unopened box by writing 'refused' across the label in large black letters with a marker and dropping it off at either a USPS or FedEx (whichever carrier was used to ship your package) office or Dropbox. Please email us to let us know when you've returned or refused a package and provide the tracking number if applicable. 

We will process the refund once the warehouse receives and confirms the product to be in mint condition after a thorough inspection. Please note that a $2 restocking fee per returned product may be deducted from the refund amount. 

IMPORTANT: We do not guarantee results as hair and skin can respond differently to new products. 

Therefore, if you are still determining how a product will work, we suggest ordering its available mini size (1/2 oz.-1 oz.) first. We may periodically offer one free mini/sample per qualifying order. The minis provide customers a chance to trial the texture, scent, and performance of a product without investing in the full-sized version.

It is every customer’s responsibility to avoid ingredients that they may be allergic or sensitive to so make sure to check the ingredients of every product you’re interested in before purchasing. 

We DO NOT accept exchanges. 

IMPORTANT: Shipping costs and state/custom duty taxes (if any) are non-refundable for any return/refund requests.

 

Shipping Related Refunds:

Orders are shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all of the information submitted on the checkout page is correct. After an order is placed, the customer will receive an auto-generated order receipt. Please double-check your order receipt to ensure that the information you provided is correct. If errors are noted, please contact us immediately via admin@qhemetbiologics.com with your change requests. Once the changes are made, a new order receipt will be sent to the email address submitted. 

  1. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please email us with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product and we will rectify the matter by either replacing the damaged or incorrect item or issuing you a refund for the cost of the product, whichever you prefer. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to process your refund. 
  1. If an order is returned to Qhemet by the carrier because of an error on your part such as an inaccurate or insufficient address or failure to claim a package held by the carrier, we will issue you a refund minus the shipping costs via the original payment method after receipt of the returned package. Please allow up to 6 months to receive the refund. 
  1. If your order is in the possession of the carrier and their tracking record does not indicate that a delivery has been made or attempted, we will file a missing mail claim through the courier’s website. This will trigger a search for your package and if found, the carrier will deliver it to you. This process may take several weeks. If the courier’s investigation fails to locate your package, we will issue you a full refund via the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund. 

In the event that the carrier delivers your order after a refund has been issued, you will be obligated to either pay for the order or return the unopened package to Qhemet Biologics as you will be in possession of an order that has not been paid for. To return the unopened package, please write 'refused' across the label in large black letters with a marker and drop it off at either an USPS or FedEx (whichever carrier was used to ship your package) office or dropbox. You will not be billed for the returned order.

  1. If the carrier returns your order to us due to an error on our part, you can choose to be fully refunded. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive the refund. 
  1. If your USPS tracking record indicates that your order has been delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office to report this issue and request additional delivery details. To submit a search request for an undelivered package, please follow the directions here. If your FedEx tracking record indicates that your order has been delivered but you did not receive it, please contact them at 1.800.463.3339 or file a claim here. These requests will trigger a search for your package and if found, the carrier will deliver it to you. This process may take several weeks. If the carriers investigation fails to locate your package, we will issue you a full refund via the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive the refund. 
  1. Please note that we are not responsible for events outside of our control such as a package stolen after proof of delivery has been issued via a FedEx or USPS delivery record and/or delivery photo. If your shipping address is in an area where mail theft occurs, please use the notes section during checkout to request that your package be held at a pickup location for direct pickup by the recipient or secure a postal box.   

We do not issue refunds or accept returns or exchanges for items purchased through other vendors and retailers. Items purchased through other vendors and retailers are bound by that vendors or retailers policies.

 

Claims: No claim of any kind shall be greater in amount than the purchase price of the products in respect of which such damages are claimed, it being understood and agreed that Qhemet Biologic’s maximum liability hereunder is limited to the price you paid for the products in respect of which such damages are claimed. Your failure to give notice of any claim within 119 days after the shipping date shall constitute a waiver by you of all claims in respect of such merchandise. The remedy hereby provided shall be cancelled without liability, but the contract shall otherwise be unaffected.

 

Refusal of Service: Qhemet Biologics, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at anytime, with or without cause or reason.
