For growth, consistency is the key:
Consistently apply to scalp 2-3 times a week.
Consistently apply to hair, especially edges and ends, 1-2 times a week.
Although individual results will vary, most users experience new growth, less shedding and significantly softer hair with less breakage at 6-10 weeks with optimal results at 16-24 weeks, more or less, depending on the root cause of your shedding or slow growth. With any treatment regimen, more noticeable changes to hair growth occur from the three-month mark due to the individual growth cycles of the hair and the amount of time required to rejuvenate damaged follicles.

I really love this product. I currently have a jar. If you're transitioning from permed to natural hair like i am, this may not give you results you're looking for. My experience is the permed hair is super shiny and stands out while the new growth is very soft but not as shiny & it highlights the 2 different hair types on my head. The Castor & Alma Heavy Cream blends the permed & natural hair very well. In case you're wondering I have about 3 inches of new growth & 3 inches of permed hair.
If your hair is thirsty and kinky coily Qhemet products will quench its thirst like a cool glass of water on a hot summer Baebay my hair is so soft and shiny and I don’t have to use it every day!
